2. Nature of the app
The App is an unofficial browsing and reading client for public creative works from the online community commonly known as the SCP Foundation. It is not provided or endorsed by the SCP Foundation, Wikidot, Inc., or official operators of referenced content.
3. Expected content
SCP-related works may include text-based horror, suspense, anomalous entities, fictional containment procedures, warning-style prose, tragic themes, implied violence, blood references, disturbing topics, and occasional images provided by source sites. Most content is fiction and is not intended to encourage real-world dangerous behavior.
4. Reader guidance
The App is intended for readers aged 13 and older. Readers who are sensitive to horror or unsettling fiction, and minors using the App, should choose what they read with care. Article tags, warnings, source-site rules, and parental guidance may be relevant.
5. App controls and limits
SCP Docs provides reader settings and navigation tools, but it does not rewrite or age-rate each source article. Parents and guardians may use iOS Screen Time, age restrictions, and content controls to manage a child's browsing environment.
